We are seeking a talented and experienced MERN Stack Developer to join our team. As a MERN Stack Developer, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining web applications using MongoDB, Express.js, React.js, and Node.js. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to create scalable and efficient software solutions that meet our business requirements.

Desired Skills:

• Develop and maintain backend applications using Node.js and frameworks like Express.js, NestJS, Koa, or Fastify.
• Design and implement RESTful APIs and GraphQL services.
• Implement authentication and authorization using JWT, OAuth, Passport.js, or Sessions.
• Work with real-time technologies such as WebSockets, Socket.IO, or WebRTC for chat, voice, or video calling features.
• Optimize database queries for performance using MongoDB, PostgreSQL, MySQL, DynamoDB, or Firebase.
• Implement caching solutions using Redis or Memcached.
• Address CORS issues and secure API endpoints in frontend-backend setups.
• Deploy applications on AWS, DigitalOcean, Firebase, Heroku, or Vercel.
• Work with Docker for containerization and manage CI/CD pipelines.
• Debug and troubleshoot production issues, handling logs and error tracking effectively.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• 3+ years of experience in Node.js development.
• Strong knowledge of JavaScript (ES6+) and TypeScript (preferred).
• Experience with frontend technologies like React.js, Next.js, or Vue.js is a plus.
• Experience in state management using Redux, Context API, or Zustand.
• Familiarity with WebRTC, WebSockets, or signaling servers for real-time applications.
• Knowledge of DevOps tools and CI/CD pipelines for automated deployment.
• Proficiency in API security best practices and handling CORS issues.
• Strong debugging, performance tuning, and problem-solving skills.
• Experience in chat, voice, or video calling applications using WebRTC and WebSockets.
• Familiarity with AI-powered chatbot integrations.
• Experience with serverless architectures on AWS Lambda or Firebase Functions.
