We are looking for a motivated and skilled Online Bidder with hands-on experience in bidding on Freelancer.com to help expand our client base and drive business growth. The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of the IT services industry, excellent proposal writing skills, and a consistent track record of winning bids and building client relationships.

Experience:

1 to 3 yrs

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and bid on relevant IT service projects on Freelancer.com.
• Prepare customized, high-quality proposals and cover letters.
• Communicate with potential clients to clarify project requirements and pitch services effectively.
• Maintain relationships with new and existing clients to ensure repeat business.
• Collaborate with technical teams to prepare estimates and project plans when required.
• Track bid performance and optimize strategies for higher conversion rates.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in online bidding, specifically on Freelancer.com.
• In-depth knowledge of IT services (web development, app development, digital marketing, etc.).
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to craft compelling proposals tailored to client needs.
• Self-motivated, target-oriented, and able to work independently.

Preferred:

• Familiarity with other bidding platforms like Upwork, Guru, or Fiverr is a plus.
• Previous experience in a similar role within an IT company.
