The ideal candidate will possess strong technical expertise, with significant experience in cloud technologies, specifically AWS, and have a proven track record of leading technical teams. This role involves guiding and mentoring a technical team, collaborating with project managers, supporting IT sales efforts, and ensuring the successful delivery of high-quality solutions.

Experience:

5+ years

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the development team, providing technical direction, guidance, and mentorship.
• Architect and implement scalable, high-performance, and secure web applications.
• Provide hands-on expertise in WordPress, Laravel, Shopify, and Node.js.
• Manage and optimize server infrastructure for smooth deployment and performance.
• Ensure best coding practices, security, and performance optimization.
• Conduct code reviews, provide constructive feedback, and improve development processes.
• Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve complex technical issues.

Requirements:

• 5+ years of experience.
• Proven ability to lead and manage a development team.
• Expertise in WordPress, Laravel, Shopify, and Node.js.
• Strong experience in server management (Linux, cloud hosting, deployment).
• Hands-on experience with APIs, third-party integrations, and database management.
• Ability to design and implement technical solutions aligned with business objectives.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
