The Business Development Manager (BDM) will be responsible for identifying and securing new business opportunities within the IT services industry. The role involves developing strategies to increase revenue, engaging in online bidding, and effectively closing deals to achieve sales targets. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in IT services, excellent negotiation skills, and experience in online bidding platforms.

Key Responsibilities::

  • Making incredible imminent clients base for the business.
  • Source new arrangements through Offering Channel , inbound lead follow-up and outbound reach and email Promoting.
  • Handle client (Business to Business) necessities and requirements.
  • Close leads generated by Business Development Executives (BDE).
  • Stay aware of and expand your informational collection of arranged clients.
  • Perform feasible demos to conceivable outcomes.
  • Extraordinary Information on LinkedIn Advertising Data on offering stages like Upwork/Specialist/Master.
  • Know how to Composing Recommendations/Costing/Exchanges/Get ready Venture plans.
  • Splendid Correspondence ( Verbal and Composed) close by Show capacities.
  • Recognize business prospects in UK, Europe, USA, Canada and Australia Markets to offer IT Administrations.
  • Sorting out the requirements of the clients and arranging a legitimate plan.
  • Work closely with the sales, marketing, and technical teams to develop comprehensive solutions and proposals for clients.
  • Understand client needs and provide tailored IT service solutions to meet their requirements
  • Should have experience in LinkedIn Sales navigator

Requirements::

  • Proven experience in Project Management, Business Development, Deal closing, or Client Management roles within the IT service based industry like Web and Mobile App Development.
  • Strong understanding of Technology like WordPress , Laravel, Node.js, React Native etc.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Proven experience in bidding portals like Upwork, Freelancer etc.
  • Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients at all levels of an organization.
  • Demonstrated ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
  • Should be comfortable to work in night shift
