Jr. Graphics Designer

We are seeking a creative and talented Junior Graphics Designer to join our design team. As a Junior Graphics Designer, you will assist in creating visual assets for various marketing and communication materials. You will work closely with senior designers and stakeholders to develop eye-catching and effective designs that align with our brand identity. Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in creating visual designs for marketing materials, including brochures, flyers, social media graphics, banners, and website assets.
• Collaborate with senior designers to understand project requirements and translate them into creative design concepts.
• Use design software and tools, such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign), to execute design tasks.
• Edit and retouch images to ensure they meet quality and brand standards.
• Ensure consistency in design elements, such as color schemes, typography, and graphic styles.
• Stay updated on design trends and best practices to continuously improve design skills and contribute fresh ideas.
• Work within established design guidelines while contributing to the evolution of the brand's visual identity.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, communications, and product teams, to understand project requirements and deliver designs on time.
• Assist with the organization and management of design assets and files.
• Maintain a positive attitude, strong work ethic, and willingness to learn and take on new challenges.

Qualifications and Skills:

• Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
• Demonstrable graphic design skills through a portfolio showcasing previous design work.
• Proficiency in design software and tools, such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
• Knowledge of design principles, including layout, typography, color theory, and composition.
