Collaborating with stakeholders to define project scope, goals, and deliverables.
Should also have a deep understanding of the industry, including software development methodologies and emerging technologies.
Should have ability to analyze the requirement, processes, and systems and can write user stories.
Facilitating meetings with cross-functional teams to identify and document requirements, use cases, and business rules.
Creating and maintaining clear and concise documentation of business requirements, functional specifications, and technical designs.
Communicating effectively with the client & technical teams to ensure requirements are fully understood and implemented correctly testing to ensure that solutions meet business requirements.
Identifying areas for process improvement and recommending changes to optimize business processes and systems.
Providing regular project status updates to stakeholders, including progress against milestones, risks, and issues.

4 to 6 yrs

Key skill ::

• Excellent understanding of software development methodologies, including agile and waterfall.
• Strong coding skills minimum 3 technologies- PHP, WordPress, Laravel, Node.js, Shopify, React Native
• Knowledge of front-end technologies such as HTML, CSS, and JavaScript is a plus.
• Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, GIT, Azure, or Google Cloud is a plus.

Role and responsibilities ::

• Lead the technical team in developing, implementing, and maintaining software solutions that meet business requirements.
• Closely work with BDM to understand the technical project requirements
• Help technical teams with logical & coding explanation.
• Stay up-to-date with emerging technologies and evaluate their potential impact on the organization
• Provide technical leadership and expertise on projects, including code reviews, architectural reviews, and technology selection.
• Act as a technical advisor to senior management, providing insights and recommendations on technical matters and initiatives.
