Project Overview

We built Optiview, an autonomous AI-driven e-commerce optimization and growth engine designed to help online retail merchants maximize profit margins, prevent stockouts, and boost Average Order Value (AOV). Managing modern Shopify stores with hundreds of SKUs is complex—merchants drown in raw analytics without knowing what specific price, inventory, or copy adjustments will drive profit. Optiview transforms passive dashboards into an autonomous decision engine. By ingesting real-time store telemetry through Shopify REST and GraphQL APIs, Optiview runs 6 proprietary algorithmic finding routines that detect pricing elasticity opportunities, stockout risks, low-converting product pages, and customer churn. These findings are enriched through a provider-agnostic multi-LLM gateway (Groq Llama-3/Qwen, OpenAI GPT-4o, Anthropic Claude 3.5 Sonnet) that generates crystal-clear explanations and one-click executable actions. Merchants can also interact with an intelligent conversational "Ask AI" copilot that queries live store data to provide instant business answers.
